  • To make a reservation for a Can-Am car on our “100*35” website, you must provide accurate and complete information, including contact and payment details.
  • Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in case of unavailability of the vehicle.

2. Fees and Payments:

  • Rental rates are based on the length of the rental and the type of vehicle selected.
  • Advance payment is required to confirm your reservation. We accept various payment methods specified on our website.

3. Modifications and Cancellations:

  • You can make modifications to your reservation subject to availability and prior notice.
  • Cancellations are subject to a cancellation policy, which is specified when booking. In case of early cancellations, a fee may apply.

4. Vehicle Removal:

  • Renter must present a valid ID, driver’s license, and the credit card used for the reservation when picking up the vehicle.
  • The vehicle will be available at the agreed place and time. The renter is expected to arrive on time.

5. Conditions of Use:

  • The vehicle must be used in accordance with traffic laws and specified restrictions.
  • Smoking and pets are not permitted in vehicles unless otherwise stated in the rental policy.

6. Returns:

  • The vehicle must be returned at the agreed place and time. Fees will apply for late returns, as specified in the rental policy.
  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as at the time of delivery.

7. Inspection and Security Deposit:

  • A vehicle inspection will be performed before and after the rental period.
  • A refundable security deposit may be required upon pick-up of the vehicle.

8. Insurance:

  • Basic insurance is offered with each rental. Additional insurance options are available and can be purchased when booking.

9. Problems and Assistance:

  • In case of mechanical problems, accidents or any other emergency, please contact our customer support, details of which are provided in the vehicle documentation.
